Crean leather is a sturdy (upper) leather with a pronounced grain.

For the Crean leather, it is immediately clear that this is a sturdy piece of leather. The tough appearance with the particularly pronounced grain ensures that. The thickness also contributes to this, 2.5 - 2.7 mm. That makes it a leather you can use for a sturdy bag or other leather goods. It is what we call "sturdy" leather, in other words the leather will not collapse or fall apart if you put it straight on, as you would look for with, for example, a lamb nappa.

Made from European cattle, the leather gives a continuous image and thus exudes tranquility. A classic chrome tanning process is used for this, dyed in the barrel. It is a leather that can clearly take a beating.

The cowhide leather comes as croupons.

A croupon will average about 1.6 m2 in size. We offer you 2 sizes;

• Small: between 1.4 - 1.6 m2.
• Large: between 1.6 - 1.8 m2.

What is the best way to maintain this Crean leather?

Maintenance for this cowhide leather is fairly easy. You don't want to do too much to it. Certainly don't treat it with harsh cleaning agents. At first, just use a damp cloth to clean it.
