Thin, supple, soft, velvet suede, strong, colorful! This is how we like to describe goat suede. Can be used for many purposes, think of fashion, think of clothing, but also for leather goods.
We have about twenty colors in the shop. In the warehouse we have even more colors for you. Not sure? Ask for a sample! (Give us the number of the color) And if the color is not there, we will see if we have it in stock. We always find a solution.
The goatskins are obviously small, you can assume they are between 4 and 6 square feet in size. Check out the Size Guide.
We are always very careful when it comes to colors. But leather is and always will be a natural product, so from sheet to sheet there may be very slight color differences. Likewise, colors on the screen may vary from one desktop, ipad or mobile.
The term suede comes from the French word "gants de Suede," meaning gloves from Sweden, but the term eventually meant any kind of leather with a roughened surface. Suede became very popular in the 20th century and was associated with high-end luxury thanks to its soft, delicate feel.
